Purchase of this ticket constitutes acceptance of the following terms and conditions:

ARRIVAL POLICY
We recommend participants arrive early to ensure a smooth check-in process. Late arrivals beyond 20 minutes of the scheduled event start time may not be admitted and are not eligible for refunds.

AGE VERIFICATION
Good Together reserves the right to request valid photo identification to verify participant age. Participants who do not meet the age requirements for their registered event will not be admitted and are not eligible for refunds.

REFUND POLICY
We do not offer refunds for cancellations, late arrivals, early departures, no-shows, or age requirement non-compliance.

EVENT MODIFICATIONS
Good Together reserves the right to change event details or cancel due to low registration or unforeseen circumstances. If we cancel, you receive a full refund or credit toward another event.

CONDUCT
Civil/Respectful behavior is required at all times and is enforced at the discretion of the event host(s). Good Together may remove participants for conduct deemed inappropriate without refund.

PHOTO & VIDEO CONSENT
By attending, you consent to being photographed and/or recorded during the event. All photos and videos may be used by Good Together for marketing purposes only. Your contact information and event materials will never be sold to third parties.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK, WAIVER, AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY
By purchasing this ticket and attending a Good Together Ministries event, the participant/purchaser of the ticket acknowledges, agrees, and represents the following:

1. VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION. I am voluntarily participating in a Good Together Ministries event ("Event") and am at least 18 years of age.

2. ASSUMPTION OF ALL RISKS. I understand that attending an Event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: physical injury, illness, exposure to communicable diseases, slips, falls, emotional or psychological distress, interactions with other attendees, property loss or damage, and any consequences arising from connections, conversations, communications, or relationships formed before, during, or after the Event. I knowingly and voluntarily assume all such risks, whether foreseeable or not.

3. INDEPENDENT JUDGMENT. I understand that Good Together Ministries does not conduct background checks, identity verification, or screening of attendees beyond basic registration. I am solely responsible for exercising my own judgment regarding any person I meet or interact with at or through an Event, and for any decision to share personal information, communicate, meet privately, or form any relationship with another attendee.

4. RELEASE AND WAIVER. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Good Together Ministries, its co-founders, directors, officers, employees, volunteers, hosts, agents, sponsors, partner organizations, and the owners and operators of any venue used for the Event (collectively, "Released Parties") from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) of any kind — whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen — arising out of or relating to my attendance at, participation in, or any consequence of the Event, including but not limited to: (a) bodily injury, illness, death, or property damage; (b) emotional distress, harassment, defamation, reputational harm, or invasion of privacy caused by other attendees or third parties; (c) the conduct, statements, or actions of any other attendee, match, host, volunteer, or third party; (d) any romantic, social, professional, or other relationship formed with another attendee or arising from the Event; (e) the disclosure, sharing, or misuse of any information I choose to share with other attendees or third parties.

5. INDEMNIFICATION. I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of my conduct, my participation in the Event, or my breach of these terms.

6. MEDIA RELEASE. I consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded at the Event and grant Good Together a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use such media for promotional, educational, or operational purposes without compensation.

7. SEVERABILITY & GOVERNING LAW. If any portion of this Release is held unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect. This Release shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

8. ACKNOWLEDGMENT. I HAVE READ THIS RELEASE CAREFULLY, UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENTS, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS.
