Love and Responsibility - Bay Area and Good Together are partnering to host an evening rooted in John Paul II's vision that love is a gift freely chosen.

The evening will begin with a panel talk titled ‘Dating with Purpose’ which is free and open for all, followed by a Speed Dating event which requires registration below.

How the night works

1. Check in and mingle. Grab your name tag, match card and a snack.

2. Up to 15 one-on-one conversations. Short and easy - 6 minutes long, and a host who signals each rotation.

3. Mark your ‘Yes’ and ‘No’ selection privately. No awkward asking out, no public rejections - ever.

4. Matches sent to your inbox. Mutual Yes? That’s a match! You get each other’s contact info the next evening.

• Who can attend?

  All Catholic Christians in the SF Bay Area in the age range of 23-35 can attend this event.

• What if I'm nervous or shy?

  Almost everyone who participates has never done speed dating before, so you're in good company.

  Here's what makes a Good Together night different from anything else out there. Every person in the room made the effort to show up in person, paid for a ticket, and carved out their evening. They're serious about finding someone and serious about dating within the faith. That's the room you're walking into. Not a profile. Real people, right in front of you.

  The format takes all the hardest parts of dating off the table. No working up the courage to approach someone. No wondering if they're actually single, if they're interested, or even if they're a Christian. No drawn-out conversations that go nowhere. Just six minutes, one person at a time. • What should I wear?

  There isn’t a formal dress code, but we recommend participants dress to impress, which is to say, as you would for any other dating situation.

  We do not offer refunds for cancelations or no-shows.
